Description
To celebrate 10 years of Valor, we needed some coffees that could handle the spotlight. We are putting two coffees together that Ethan sourced on his latest trip to Guatemala. First up is a naturally processed lot from Jose Ramirez and his family's processing station, Magarciy. Jose buys coffee in cherry from the local, indigenous Tzutujil community around Lake Atitlan. Next up is a single lot washed Caturra from Paulina Ramirez Cardona in Huehuetenango. Separately these coffees stand on their own, but together they shine on another level with clean chocolate and sweet red fruits like strawberry and cherry.
