Valor Rewards FAQs
Joining is free and instant. Login with your existing an account or create one, navigate to our Rewards page, and you'll automatically receive 50 points to get started.
You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on any purchase. You can also earn up to 200 points by writing reviews of Valor products you've tried.
Once you have at least 100 points, you can convert them for money off your next order. The amount you get depends on your tier level.
We have three tiers based on your yearly spending: Friend ($0-$500 yearly), where 100 points = $5; Fam ($500-$1,000 yearly), where 100 points = $6; and Pit Crew ($1,000+ yearly), where 100 points = $7
Your tier resets each year, and higher tiers give you better value when redeeming points.
Your spending year runs on a year-to-year basis based on when you signed up for Valor Rewards. Your tier level and spending total reset annually.
Points don't expire as long as your account remains active.
Yes, you can redeem points for discounts on any item in our store, including coffee, merchandise, and accessories.
If you return a product, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
Points can typically be combined with most promotions, but some exclusions may apply during special sales events.
