We accept returns on unused merchandise and coffee gear within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Coffee
Because coffee is perishable, we do not accept returns on coffee. However, we stand by our Satisfaction Guarantee—if you don’t love your coffee, let us know, and we’ll make it right.
