Jungle Bird is a first of its kind coffee. Ivan Giraldo has farmed the Castillo variety his entire career, until now. On our trip to Colombia last October, he tipped us off to his first harvest of the Pink Bourbon variety, a personal favorite, and it's full circle to be offering it here. Ivan started as a harvester, and that background shows. His rigorous sorting and processing methods are what set his coffee apart. In the cup, expect bright pops of tangerine and raspberry complemented by creamy marzipan.
