Sometimes a coffee just needs to be easy. That’s why we brought on this super clean and sweet Rwandan lot from our friends at Sundog and Baho Coffee. This communal lot is brought together by hundreds of smallholder coffee producers and processed at Fugi Station in the southern province of Rwanda. Intentional levels of sorting, floating, and processing make this coffee as consistent as any coffee we’ve had. Perfect for your morning cup, expect pleasing stone-fruit sweetness met with dark chocolate richness. Or, heck, don’t expect anything and just enjoy a great cup of coffee.
