This stunner hails from the Chelchele washing station in Yirgacheffe and is bringing the heat with nuance and subtle complexities. This coffee is fermented for up to 48 hours, then dried for 18 days until moisture content hits an ideal 11.5%, at which point it’s exported & roasted here at Valor HQ with love. With a balance of sweetness and tart acidity, this is a beautifully well-rounded cup, perfect for more colorful spring days.
