This beauty hails from the family-owned farms organized around the Shore Cooperative within the Dale district of Ethiopia. The coffee is fully washed and dried on raised beds, producing an incredibly clean profile in the cup. Expect full-bodied, zesty acidity, and a fresh sweetness we just can't get enough of.
