An exclusive collab with our wholesale partner Circle Coffee (Topeka, KS): El Mirador Caturra comes from fourth-generation growers & siblings Yessica and Diego Parra in Huila, Colombia. They’re honoring tradition while innovating new processes that make the Caturra varietal exceptional. The method: 12 hours of oxidation in open tanks, depulping, 24 hours of fermentation, washing, and careful drying. This coffee is Yessica and Diego's introduction to the specialty market, and it's a stellar debut.
