Next Honduras La Unica complements with clean spices and florals while Ethiopia Solomon Boku Natural offers a uniquely fruity finish. Hayride is our drip coffee mainstay during the fall; it can hold up to a little cream and sugar well while still having the complexity and sweetness to stand on its own.
