This coffee comes from Cankuzo, the most remote province in Burundi, where a group of dedicated producers pool their harvest into a fully washed lot called Isosa. It was sourced by JNP Coffee, who go beyond buying by equipping their partners with training and resources to flourish. We named it Praline as a nod to both the cup and the region's second most common crop: peanuts. Expect a juicy orange acidity and a deep caramel sweetness.
