Here at Valor, we have so many yummy and diverse coffee offerings we color code our system for your ease. Red boxes signify fruity coffees with tons of explosive and complex notes. This particular Ethiopian comes from Guji, Oromia where the Uraga washing station services hundreds of farmers all across the region, with over two hundred raised drying beds. This particular box of coffee really did take a village! This has been a wild and fun pour over option for our staff around our HQ over the past few weeks, and we can’t wait to share the wealth!
