We had the pleasure of meeting Andrés Martinez at Specialty Coffee Expo 2025, and we're excited to bring you our first offering from him. Andrés is a Biochemical Engineer from Colombia, whose family roots & passion for coffee bring about delicious results. These cherries undergo 48-hour fermentation, followed by a two-stage drying phase lasting over a month. This coffee is semi-washed, allowing for an unbelievably clean, nuanced cup that will be living in our head rent free for years to come.
