Don’t call it a comeback, Rally Cap is playing for keeps. Rally Cap comes from an Unblended project in Antioquia, Colombia that focuses on empowering young coffee producers with high end varieties, like this Chiroso lot, to raise their production value and begin making a name for themselves in specialty coffee. We got to spend some time with many of these young producers on our recent trips to Colombia, and their love for the game deeply inspired us. This washed Chiroso lot is deliciously complex and floral with notes of sugar plum and cream soda.
