As far as manual brewing goes, we don't think it gets much better than the AeroPress. So versatile, with brew recipes ranging from a filter/drip-style brew to a more concentrated espresso-style cup. This brewer has a straight up CULT following, and you can find TONS of cool recipes online. GET ONE!
