Our decaf, Book Club, is from Cajamarca, Peru, and it is next level. Processed with natural ethyl acetate (fermented molasses and acetic acid – also found in beer, wine and many foods), this coffee is USDA Organic and an absolute stunner. It's more delicate and nuanced than any decaf we've tasted!
